Employee engagement

This project was for an employee magazine which sat within a larger publication, about the UK side of JTI. The problem they were facing was readers weren’t aware that they had started the UK part of the booklet, and so I created a graphical device that could house the whole section. This was the UK flag itself, using the many lines, angles and combinations it creates bespoke layouts that all have a very unique look and feel. By using the brand colours and typography, this flag becomes own-able to the business, a real recognisable feature that can sell the section easily with every issue. This was so successful that we created a digital version of the magazine to host online.
